Back at US, I only eat Yoplait Brand Blueberry Greek Yogurt. This would be the first time I try yogurt at Taiwan. Sadly, you don't see much brand of Greek Yogurt brands at the market (Well, I haven't try the Kirkland Brand Greek Yogurt yet). 1. Greek Yogurt is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt. The reason is that Greek Yogurt is more strained than regular yogurt. 普通優格較稀釋, 希臘優格含水量較低, 整體口感變厚 甚至到硬的地步
2. Greek Yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt. But Greek Yogurt has less sugar than regular yogurt. 希臘優格含有較多的蛋白質但較少的糖分.
